In order to ensure the safety and proficiency of its pilots, Universal Jet Aviation uses a combination of simulator-based, aircraft-based, and ground-based initial and recurrent training. This comprehensive program ensures that the exacting standards of Universal Jet and the Federal Aviation Administration are met and maintained.

  • Pilots train annually in the finest, full-visual/motion simulators and aircraft at CAE Simuflite in Dallas, Tx. Everything from minor and major systems malfunctions, on-board fires, cabin decompression and emergency landing procedures are trained, practiced, and checked in the simulators. In the unlikely event of an actual emergency, Universal Jet’s customers can rest assured that their flight crew has been fully trained and has the experience to handle the situation with confidence and professionalism.

  • Gulfstream aircraft flights are generally conducted with a cabin aide on board. Cabin aides are available on all aircraft upon request. Cabin aide's are professionals dedicated to ensuring the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Universal Jet is ARG/US Gold rated. This prestigious independent rating demonstrates Universal Jet Aviation's ongoing commitment to safety and compliance.
